Glennie Mercer is the Founder and Principal of Glennie Mercer & Associates, an Organizational Development Consulting firm specializing in the health, public and not-for-profit sectors. As a Facilitator and Certified Coach, Glennie offers Executive/Leadership Coaching; Leadership Training and Development; Strategic and Operational Planning; and Team Facilitation to individuals and teams in these sectors.
Having also held leadership positions in healthcare prior to opening her business, Glennie understands the opportunities and challenges of managing and leading in these busy, complex, bureaucratic, hierarchical, unionized organizations, expected to deliver excellent results to a public with high expectations.
Glennie will be presenting on Keys to Effective Dialogue helping managers understand the 3 key elements of dialogue; the importance of their own approach; the do’s and don’ts of assertive communication, and the value of preparing for more difficult conversations.
